dear reader;
Today I went and bought some things for Duke of Ed.
Aargh.. everything's so expensive! :S
Caught the bus to Chatswood, since I couldn't be bothered to buy a ticket/sneak with someone. YAY.
Walked around Victoria Avenue(the street food/market place) because I didn't know where to go first. MET AND WANDERED WITH JACKIE FOR A WHILE YAY.
Finally met up with my mum (she was chilling at the library...) and went to the Chemist which was around the area. BUT NO. My mum realised that CHEMISTS WAREHOUSE was down the road... so yeah, we went there and bought everything. T_T
Ended up buying WISP BRUSHES (mini toothbrushes...), pawpaw oitment, 60 Claratyne Tablets (DON'T JUDGE OK?! It's spring... Hayfever season...), AQUATAB TABLETS... and some other random stuff. YAY.
Aquatab tablets, in case you were wondering, come in a pack of 30 (or at least mine are) and are around $8 for a packet. But they take 30 minutes to "do their work".
I bought the ugliest black raincoat/jacket thing from Kathmandu, and it was the cheapest one there... hohoho... because well, I'm only going to be wearing it for duke of Ed.
AND NO ONE CARES HOW UGLY/DAGGY YOU LOOK. <- argued that with my mum the whole time we were in Kathmandu. Lol.
Yeah.
Also bought a towel for $3! YAY FOR CLEARANCE SALES.
THEN WHEN WE WENT TO PAY for the items, the person was like "oh, you have to join our program to get the $70 off/40% sale price. Blah di dah." So yes, we joined.
BUT WTFK. ITS $10 JOINING FEE.
WTFK+ASD ADADSASDADAD ASD AWGSDG.
JUST GOT SCAMMED INTO IT.

But meh, ended up "saving $60" because of it though. Yay?
After, my mum and I met up with my dad to have dinner. Which was really healthy. Lol.
Ok, so we tried out the new crepes place on Victoria Avenue (I think). It's called like "Momma's Crepes" OR SOMETHING. It's right next to boost!
Yeah. Got one which was basically ice-cream and brownie. Lol. Yeah.
Then after, we decided to go for more dessert food (yeah, what ever happened to ice?! LOL). We went to the taiwanese place half-outside westfield.
I got this sago & mango ... dish... which was nice and cold! :)
AND SAGO IS ACTUALLY PRETTY YUM!
