Lol, ok, so I basically did nothing today. Apart from sleep. ~_~ AND IT'S 10:30 already?! OK. I did some things though... like watch Gnomeo and Juliet... study for maths, study for science... and study for more maths. -_-
Gnomeo and Juliet are the most adorable animated characters ever!! Ok, not ever because I mean, come on, Disney exists, but zomg. They're so cute! But since I like, know Romeo and Juliet so well (thanks Ms K.) they changed the plot completely. Tybalt doesn't die, and neither do Gnomeo AND Juliet. SO NO ONE DIES!! :O Gnomeo sort of fakes his death though, ok, he doesn't intentionally fake it, but it's pretty legit. Watch it if you really can't be bothered to study for maths!! :L MAKE THE ENGLISH FACULTY PROUD INSTEAD. Lol jks, just watch it.

Today was the stupid history excursion to the Jewish Museum. Far out, the bus was like 2hrs late. So we got on the buses at 11:something, drove for 20 or so minutes, and finally got to the Jewish Museum.
Once we were there, we were given this REALLY short and very short introduction to the museum, by a Jewish woman (ok, I'm guessing she's Jewish, because she has an accent...) who introduced us to a child holocaust survivor (who's like old now).
She then gave us her life story, which was pretty detailed, considering she only told us about her life until she was like 9. ... Honestly, I didn't really want to know about someone else 's life,only until the age of9. I mean, come one, how much do you honestly remember when you were younger than that...? blah blah. Then we went on a tour around the museum. Some people were crying... ... Lol. Ok, maybe not lol, but seriously ...? Ok, I'm gonna stop right there....
Then we drove back to school. YAY. T_T AND JUST STAYED IN THE QUAD FOR LIKE 2 HOURS. FAR OUT. I COULD'VE DONE SO MUCH IN 2 HOURS. BUT NOOOOOOO, we just had to stay in the flipping quad. T_T
Bell rang, and we left. AND WENT TO WORK. T_T
Dressed up in my Slytherin robes today! YAYYY :D My managers thought I was really cute and awesome ;). I worked all by myself! :( But Suey, Claire, Shannon, Laura... and then Rui & Tina came and just chilled at Maccas for a while. Lol at Tina & Rui just tkaing the salt for Duke of ed for the leeches. :LLL
Then it got too hot & difficult handling money etc in my robes, so I took them off and dumped them in the manager's office. Then I got free food, because I "deserved it" ! YAYYYYY.
And now I need to do some last minute packing for duke of ed, because I forgot to pack in water, lunch for Saturday and my trowel. :L
Finished packing for Duke of Ed! It took me around 2 hours! >< I don't think it was the most strategic method of packing though... Everything sort of just got shoved in! I hope I haven't forgotten anything... :S
Haha, I had to go to Columbia (the camping store) to get my hat, because the hats at Target & Rebel (ok, Rebel only had like Cricket hats) were too small! :( The hats at Target were all 57. Wtf. As if everyone in Australia has a size 57 head! Ahh, silly Target. T_T SO MY HAT'S XL. :| Imma be so stylish on DOE. >:). And yayy for "protein food". :L I've packed nuts, chocolate, museli bars, canned chicken..., apples, rice crackers & nutella! :D And Jatz too. Lol.
Oh I presented in Philosophy today as well! It wasn't too bad. I think I was a bit repetitive though, but mehh, at least it's over! YAY. Just English Romeo & Juliet, Maths test, Science tests to go.

I guess the term's finally getting better. Because well, I presented my PD speech (which was horrible) and written out my English Romeo & juliet stuff (I cbb'd to present it today... everyone was so freaked out/nervous!). AND I'VE FINISHED SCIENCE!! (The table). The test is next Wednesday... So I think I'm OK... AND I FINISHED CARVING MY LINO FOR ART! Hopefully, I can get straight into printing in tomorrow's lesson. I'm writing up my final notes for philosophy... now... so hopefully I won't get mind $%^&*( tomorrow.
And I'm screwed for maths. I can smell the failure :(

Today was really boring. I have to carve more bits out for my lino, since the 2nd colour which I printed in, a turquoise sort of colour, was really similar to my first colour (lightish blue, which now looks really dark o.o), so you couldn't really tell the difference. T_____T AARGH. But at least I'm progressing along fairly quickly... :L
Also marriage is really a waste of time. Because most of them end in divorce. Lol. Ok, maybe not most, but I'm sure some do. You may as well go into arranged marriages or something, since they are, apparently, more successful than the... other marriages... Yes, we were discussing this in English today. Ugh. Identity can go die in a hole.

After, I went straight to art. Worked more on my 5th landscape... Didn't use a big brush at all, since my teacher wanted "detail". Didn't use a palette knife either, because it's pretty pointless if you're just using a thin brush, with little paint. Ugh, I've basically completely changed my style! :\

I've memorized 10 lines of Romeo and Juliet. FML. I ALSO REALISED THAT THE TEXT THAT I COPIED FROM SOME WEBSITE when I didn't have my book, is completely wrong. T_T SO I WAS LEARNING WRONG LINES. But meh, whatever, because I didn't even learn one whole phrase. Lol.
Today I went and bought some things for Duke of Ed. Aargh.. everything's so expensive! :S Caught the bus to Chatswood, since I couldn't be bothered to buy a ticket/sneak with someone. YAY. Walked around Victoria Avenue(the street food/market place) because I didn't know where to go first. MET AND WANDERED WITH JACKIE FOR A WHILE YAY.
Finally met up with my mum (she was chilling at the library...) and went to the Chemist which was around the area. BUT NO. My mum realised that CHEMISTS WAREHOUSE was down the road... so yeah, we went there and bought everything. T_T Ended up buying WISP BRUSHES (mini toothbrushes...), pawpaw oitment, 60 Claratyne Tablets (DON'T JUDGE OK?! It's spring... Hayfever season...), AQUATAB TABLETS... and some other random stuff. YAY. Aquatab tablets, in case you were wondering, come in a pack of 30 (or at least mine are) and are around $8 for a packet. But they take 30 minutes to "do their work".
I bought the ugliest black raincoat/jacket thing from Kathmandu, and it was the cheapest one there... hohoho... because well, I'm only going to be wearing it for duke of Ed. AND NO ONE CARES HOW UGLY/DAGGY YOU LOOK. <- argued that with my mum the whole time we were in Kathmandu. Lol. Yeah. Also bought a towel for $3! YAY FOR CLEARANCE SALES. THEN WHEN WE WENT TO PAY for the items, the person was like "oh, you have to join our program to get the $70 off/40% sale price. Blah di dah." So yes, we joined. BUT WTFK. ITS $10 JOINING FEE. WTFK+ASD ADADSASDADAD ASD AWGSDG. JUST GOT SCAMMED INTO IT. >:| But meh, ended up "saving $60" because of it though. Yay?
After, my mum and I met up with my dad to have dinner. Which was really healthy. Lol. Ok, so we tried out the new crepes place on Victoria Avenue (I think). It's called like "Momma's Crepes" OR SOMETHING. It's right next to boost! Yeah. Got one which was basically ice-cream and brownie. Lol. Yeah. Then after, we decided to go for more dessert food (yeah, what ever happened to ice?! LOL). We went to the taiwanese place half-outside westfield. I got this sago & mango ... dish... which was nice and cold! :) AND SAGO IS ACTUALLY PRETTY YUM!

Today was a pretty decent day, since I didn't need to use my laptop for any classes. YAY :D. No seriously, it was because of High Resolves for last 2 periods, and some speaker person for World Dignity day in third period. Which basically means that I just had Maths & art.
In art, we just continued working on our linos. I managed to finish carving for my 2nd print, except I realised that I had no idea what colour I would print in, so I just spent the rest of the lesson planning my colours with oil pastels. YAY. I haven't used them in a while!
Then in Maths, we spent 20 mins or so just changing rooms, because of some year 7 maths yearly. HA SUCKS TO BE THEM... Oh wait, that's going to be us... in 2 weeks. T_____T. Learnt more about TRIGONOMETRY. FUN.
First Duke of Ed MEETING. I guess it was alright, except for the bits and pieces where Mr. Mac said there was a chance that we may all die. :| AWESOME. HIS COOKING STUFF IS SO CUTE! Everything campy he had was so cute and little! Lol. Except for the plastic bags which were really old... like bags from the 1980's... EW. But yeah. We learnt the basics on like how to pack a bag... what type of things to buy... important things to buy (eg WATER Purification tablets etc.) and yeah.
Lukily, all those chances of someone dying is 1 in... a million. :\ I think it'll be pretty funny when someone gets lost though. Because, one of the steps (after back-tracking/just sitting there for a while etc.) once you get lost is to blow your whistle, really loudly, three times. The lost group then waits for another group to "answer them" (blowing on their whistle) and the group should be able to go to the answer group. Did that make any sense at all? :S IT'LL BE FUNNY WHEN ONE GROUP ISN'T ACTUALLY LOST THOUGH... they're just a bit... confused, so everyone would just start blowing their whistles, because everyone just thought everyone was lost. Lol. HAHAHAHHAA. :| But I'll still be scared to death if I did get lost though. Imagine: Living the last few days of your life in the bush... digging holes to do your business.

Today I worked. Again. Because I have such a cool life...
And I had a nosebleed whilst I was serving a customer at around 1pm ish. Lol. Ok so here's what happened: This customer was ordering a Double Quarter Pounder burger or something, and one of the managers... I think JO? was there as well, just skimming the draw/giving me more change. Then... I just kept sniffing like as though I had a runny nose, even though I was fine like 2 seconds ago. AND THEN I REALISED I HAD A FREAKING NOSE BLEED. But then I didn't want to leave the customer ... dangling... so I finished his order, and just when I was about to get the money, Jo was like "HEY ARE YOU OK?!" THEN I PRETTY MUCH STARTED DRIPPING BLOOD. Ok, not that gruesome, but yeah. So I took ... a few... napkins... and pretty much ran to the managers office. :LL YAY. T-T Then all the managers were all worried or something, Lol, because they thought I might like I dunno, worker's compensation or something? :S HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA. All of them came into the office at some stage and gave me more napkins. HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. So yeah. I sat around the office for like 15/20mins until it finished (: I had about a whole stack of napkins left over though :L
THEN I WENT BACK TO WORK BEING THE RESILIENT CHILD THAT I AM.
After work, I went to Chinatown to get dinner, before art. HAD HAINAN CHICKEN RICE. SO YUMMY. NOMNOMNOMNOMNOM. Also, since we were hanging around Chinatown, I decided to get a whole box of emperor puffs. YAYYY ^_^ Had my dinner, and drove to Summer Hill.
STARTED A NEW PAINTING TODAY! :D Far out, my tree is like... demented. T_T And since I couldn't be bothered to really pay much attention as to how much pressure I was using on the charcoal, my lines are very, very black. WHICH MEANS... that I have to use extra/more paint to cover it up. :| Started painting it as well, this dodgy corner which I now realise is really bright, compared to everything else. :|

Other than that, nothing else happened. We had a substitute for French, who'll be covering for Madame Anglais (lol) for the next two weeks, since she's on vacation. >:) YAYYYYY SUBSTITUTE :) This (hopefully) means that there won't be anything due for French due anytime soon. YAYYY:D
In art, I started carving for my 2nd print. Ugh, I really should've carved more out for the first print, but I really can't be bothered anymore. So yeah, hopefully everything will still turn out awesome. (*fingers crossed*)

English with Ms. Meldrum - worked on Identity stuff. Pretty boring. Science - did osme worksheets related to the nervous system, and found out that Ms. Foley's a pretty big netball fan! AFTER SCHOOL - worked from 4-8:25. T_T I had the most sales out of all the registers! LOL YAY. But I didn't get any reward. :( Bought 2 medium McChicken meals & Caramel cookie mcflurry. I've realised that I actually know a lot of the prices of the food... It's pretty sad when you think about it...

Seriously, that was the worst game of binball I've ever played. Everyone was really stoned, and kept hogging the balls. And some people just broke all of them and felt like owning the place like a Boss. BUT THEY FAILED SO AHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA. :|
English - REALISED HOW SCREWED I AM. I wrote down a list, and prioritized them... and even wrote down the dates which I would aim to finish them by! But now I can't find it. Great. T_T

Today... I finally did my first print for art. :| TOOK ME THE WHOLE LESSON + ALL OF LUNCH. I printed in this light blue, which I realised afterwards was probably still a bit too light :S:S:S:S And I smelt like turps after. But yay, my last one turned out the best (out of the three!) Hopefully, I won't stuff my other prints up too much! In the lesson, Ms Cheney asked if anyone'd won anything related to art. So I wrote down what I'd got, and will now be featured in the art section for the school magazine. LOL. I also got a little art diary, oil pastels and rubbers for "representing the art department of North Sydney Girls". :P Yeah.
