day 242 - History yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
Written at 10:02 PM on 31 August 2011

dear reader;

History is the best when you have a substitute, because it basically becomes a free period to do whatever. And yay for having two of those today.
Actually, history isn't that bad now. I guess it's because I've come to a realization that it's pretty important in shaping the present of everything... Ugh, thanks a lot Philosophy. So I might even do some history unit for year 11. Yeah, HAHAHAHAHA totally. Meh, you never know, things can change...
But probably just like modern... Or maybe even Ancient... Or maybe both. WHO KNOWS.

Yeahh... Pd. Played "ULTIMATE" Frisbee. Was alright I guess.... But the rules are pretty stupid... But it was still funny :L But Omg, I hate going to the park, mainly because it takes SO long to walk there and back and also because the bit that we usually use has the worst grass in the whole entire world. Seriously, it's mostly dirt. T>T
Oh and the courts are being resurfaced to this really bright blue and green... It looks furry to me O_O. Ok, it might be because of my bad eyesight, but it's SO BRIGHT. It ...glows...

English- Romeo and Juliet. Oh my god, it's so boring. Why can't we just watch Leonardo diCaprio on the BIG SCREEN?! Ugh. Meh, at least we only have to take notes, which I just copy from the first bit in the scene. (It's a summary of what happens in the scene, so it saves me from actually paying attention to what's actually happening...)

Maths. Omg, Melville is AARGH. Oh and I got revision stuff from Prish (TY!) and I'm sitting at home, doing a page, and aargh. It's taking me AGES. T_T Why is your revision so hard?! D:

day 242: 10 most significant events in your life
1. Being Born.
2. Starting preschool.
3. Starting school.
4. Starting high school.
5. Stressing over school.
6. Selling my first painting LOL.
7. Using crutches.
8. Moving houses
9. Renovating house.
10. Ummm......... Getting addicted to Kpop. Fml.

Oh so I'm like going to my primary school's 50/20 Anniversary tomorrow. Yayy ^^

day 241 - goanasopkd'
Written at 10:24 PM on 30 August 2011

dear reader;

Today was a typical day. I finally presented the proposal part to our documentary to the class on the nutritional value of Boost Juice. Oh, I meant group thing. Yeah... I guess we went alright.

And Ms. Cheney finally sort of "officially" started/told us about our lino cut. It's supposed to be finished by the end of term!!!!!!!!!!! It's already week 7 ... and I haven't even got a design... Fml. BIG TIME.

Can I just say that tiny teddies are yum.

Ok. After the maths test is over... and the science test is done... I'm going to go into blockbuster, and ask if they're hiring. I'm also going to ask Vinnies if I can volunteer there on a weekly basis for the Premier volunteering thing. Hopefully I'll get accepted into both! (: I doubt it though ):

Uh yeah....... Aargh symphony orchestra tomorrow morning. DX
So basically I'm gonna have to wake up like 2 hours earlier than what I did today.... Lol, oh dear. AND DOUBLE HISTORY TOMORROW TOO. AND PE. AARGH WHAT IS THIS. I officially hate Wednesdays.

day 241: what name would your parents have named you if you were the opposite sex? did they have a list of names for you?
Apparently Andrew if I was a boy.
So Andy for short......................

Omg.McDonald people need to calm down.
Especially that girl who really should be studying for her HSC...
Ok so random thing that happened before work today,
This girl just got her trials mark back for like Maths & Bio?
2 U maths.
Which as most Asians would just... um yeah.. on. So she got 95%. Ugh whatever.
And she always tells me off for not doing my "dining duties" properly. WELL I'M NOT DOING THEM PROPERLY BECAUSE I ALWAYS HAVE TO FIND YOU AND TELL YOU TO GO AND DO YOUR "PROPER DUTIES" FOR McCAFE.
AND STOP ADDING PEOPLE ON FB.
Ok, end rage.

And oh dear, my dad got charged $20 at the Northbridge art prize competition entry day thing today. I think the lady forgot that it was MY work.. and not my dad's ... so they didn't put it under the youth category :(

day 240:  if you died tomorrow.. would you want to tell anyone anything?
Don't work at McDonalds.

Um yeah...
I'm sending in 2 works for the Northbridge art prize this year (:
I'm sending the tea pot, cup, and lemon oil painting which I got framed a while ago, and a landscape which I got back yesterday from the framing place.

day 237 - bludgy wudjy
Written at 10:41 PM on 26 August 2011

dear reader;

Today was another bludge day, mainly because of digital media and art. Oh and science with Mr. K. Oh and also because of Wide reading...

I found a pretty cool site today http://www.gifts.com
Some of the things are beyond cool. 9;

day 237: who from full house do you relate to most?
Joseph "Joey" Alvin Gladstone.
Thanks to my wikipedia research:
Joey Gladstone is one of the show's four main protagonists, and Joey is mainly known for his love of cartoons and other childlike things. He is also a stand-up comedian. He has a pilot's license and can fly a two-seater, out of which Jesse skydives the day of his wedding. Once, while appearing as a guest on Wake Up, San Francisco, he answers a question about cartoon violence with professorial mastery. It is also later revealed that he has a teaching license; he substitutes for Michelle's class a few times but it doesn't go well when he punishes Michelle for yammering during class. He can give quite good advice at times. He is the show's tritagonist. Though he doesn't like Kimmy, he holds his tongue when she is around, unlike Danny, Stephanie, or Jesse. It is also said that he and Danny have been friends since elementary school.

day 236 -
Written at 10:22 PM on 25 August 2011

dear reader;

Today I saw the art exhibition twice. So I've seen the same thing three times. It gets less interesting every time I go, sadly. no offense, but every time I went to see it, the works seemed more like ... junk. Ok That's a REALLY bad way to say it... but.... I dunno. Everything sort of got more crinkly/ruined by everyone else touching/moving them. ......

Yes. Er. I bought zinc today. For our netball finals on Saturday (; Pink, white and blue. Wheee!
And I had Roti Canai from the market stall. It was very nice and spicy... warmed me up very well! ^^.

Oh fork. Maths test ...

day 235 - art exhibition...
Written at 10:01 PM on 24 August 2011

dear reader;

Today was the opening of the NSGHS Art Exhibition.

It was alright
Every year that I've been, they've always started the presentations/opening late. By around an hour...
Anyway; awesome work was displayed.
But how is it even possible that I had more digital media works on display than actual VA....
The only year 9 visual arts thing which was displayed was the paper sculpture (book) which was one of the dodgiest things that I've ever made...
But somehow my really big junk looking sculpture was on display.... and a few photos. Oh yeah, there was some projection animation onto this weird structure hting on display too... except I couldn't tell what they were even trying to produce.....

Did you know that the costumes from the year 7 Wizard of Oz which the teachers wore were all hand made?!! Well that's what I think... because there were bits of dodgy stitching here and there... But omg... they must have a lot of spare time on their hands or something...
The back area of the hall was full of stuff from year 7 and 8. Um yeah.... I think the stuff we did for Alice in Wonderland was cooler though! >P

Yeah.
The year 12 BoW were really good too! There was this really pro lino turned sculpture work... which must've taken AGES because of well.. everything. It was like the Blasco assignment that we all did... except on a much more intricate, detailed, and pro scale of course... Man who ever did it must have a really good perspective or smth.

There were a few oil paintings too. Umm... I don't think I'll ever have the patience to do anything that intricate..... Oh and there was this other set... it was either like watercolour/acrylic mounted on white card which was really good too! They painted their dad and grandad in like their Chinese heritage background sorta theme.

But to be honest, I think last year's exhibition was better. The year 12's works were bigger :L and had a grander scale... Like they did 3 massive paintings as opposed to a million really small ones. But overall, everyone did an awesome job!
I shall stop my ramble on the exhibition now.

day 235: if your six year old self looked at you now, what would their reaction be?
HOW DID YOU GET SO TALL!?

day 233 - mean girls
Written at 10:50 PM on 22 August 2011

dear reader;

I need to procrastinate less. Later. :L

Making people climb blind-folded is funny. Hilarious. Hahahhaha.
Now I have nothing to watch at 7pm every weeknight because the Block is over. Farmer wants a wife is the new fad now. How ... sad.

Dr. Melville wore a purple shirt. With a star-trek tie today... Apparatchik he had to attend some conference at the Powerhouse Museum later. Either way, it was ugly. Oh dear.

day 233: what is the most quotable movie.. list a few of your favorite quotes?
MEAN GIRLS.
"If you're from Africa... Why are you white?
Oh my god Karen, you can't just ask people why they're white!"

"I'm sorry I laughed at you that time you got diarrohea at Barnes and Nobles. And I'm sorry for telling everyone about it. And I'm sorry for repeating it now.

The Block.

LOL at how Josh proposed!! ^_^
His face was completely white. Hahahhahahaha. Everyone thought it was because of the auction ;D

But who won?!
POLLY AND WAZ.
WTF.
FMLFLKASDJ; mkasd; gjkdmsn'a.
xs dfj.dksl;,.
Their house was horrible! T_T
Seriously!
And why was Josh and Jenna's reserve like $100 000 higher than everyone else's?
Now they have no money to pay for their wedding! :(
Lol.
But Congrats to everyone who participated this year anyway (:
I want to buy and renovate a house now >:D

What did I do today.......
I did some art.
And did some of my English.

day 231 - finally a title. and semi's!
Written at 11:38 PM on 20 August 2011

dear reader;

My blog is dead. Half-dead. Oh dear. I should really post longer posts... *sigh*
I'm not even sure why I bother blogging about my daily life. It seems pretty ordinary.
Sah today, netball semi's were on, and we won against Loreto by 5.
I swear today was the worst I've played all season... yeah umm yeah... :|
After, we took a group photo... and had some cupcakes and strawberries. ♥
Oh and we watched the other NSG play, because they played into overtime against Willoughby! :O
NSG lost.
Which means that we have to verse NSG next week... Willoughby goes straight to the grand final, which we will only get to if we win! :OO
Yeah.

After, I walked home. Omg that hill is tiring. T_T
Then went to Chinatown. And had a checkup. I'm getting acupuncture if it doesn't come next week X_______X FMLFMLFML.
Anyway.
I bought a mcflurry to make myself feel better.
And people were starting to line up for RICE. Hahahahahhahahhaha. How AZN- geddit? I'm hilarious.
Ok that McDonalds is such a phalewhale. Their registers all broke. So they had to manually calculate everyone's order. But I guess it was ok, since they had all the Asians working at the front counter. HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH. But they didn've have the eftpos machines... so um yeah. They lost half of their customers.
I bought the new type of McFlurry!
It's so sweet. Omg. Like seriously. Omg. I needed to have fries to lose the sweetness of it. ...
But Lol for Maccas "celebrating its 40th year of tasty food".

Then we drove all the way to Hurstville to get my works framed (:
My dad's been inspired to open his own framing studio(?) now since he's realised that there's no point in going to Hurstville, when he can just drive to Marrickville in stead, and just buy some glue and stick pieces of wood together. :|

day 231: what were your thoughts enter pre-school, kindergarten, middle school, and high school

I got off work half an hour early because it wasn't that busy tonight, because normal people just don't have MacDonalds for dinner on Mondays...
And I couldn't be bothered just staying for half an hour longer because it's only $3! T_T
That's bearly enough to buy anything. :(
So I only worked for 2 1/2 hrs today. YAY. :|

It was the last round before the semi's and finals. We won against Monte - 27 to 14. Yay!
We're now 3rd in our ladder on point differences or something. Semi's next week! Eek!

After, I went to Chinatown. Did some random stuff.
Then I went to Colour Me Mine, to paint a watermelon bowl. It's pretty cool! X]
And it only took me an hour.
Oh yeah, and I also asked about party bookings. They only have a Sunday available. :L

Written at 10:41 PM on 12 August 2011

dear reader;

Today... nothing much happened. I only realised that Ms. Cheney was away today, and Ms. Grew was actually subbing for her when I had art last period. That was pretty sad...

Yay for pretty pictures from yesterday -

Hm. So somehow, I'm supposed to turn one of these pictures into a lino print. Great. -_-
Actually... I think I might use the sunglasses one/ It'll look interesting... and fit with the theme. I think? :L Yayy :|

Today was my art excursion to Manly. It was actually alright, even though we were just by the beach... drawing... and painting....
It was really cold and windy down by the beach though! :S

So we went into an exhibition at the Manly art gallery, which had a lot of like print maker stuff. We're doing a lino-block based on this excursion when we go back to school! And it's going to be 30cm x 30 cm. :S
Water is hard to draw.

day 221 - year 7.
Written at 10:07 PM on 10 August 2011

dear reader;

Today I had my English documentary test :(
We had to watch some really gross video on the killing of like chicken produce for fast food restaurants (AKA MacDonalds).
It was really gross! DX
I didn't really finish the last question, because I ran out of time! :(
And my handwriting got messier and messier. I'll pay the teacher who marks my work ten bucks if he/she can read everything without any hesitation.

Then in history, we learnt about voting and our local/federal minister or something. It was pretty boring. I'm in the North Sydney ... thing. So yay, I have nice cuddly looking Joe Hockey representing me ;).

After lunch was PE. We learnt soccer from Yabby/Shanny/ the small people group. HAHAHAHHAA. I was goalie, because you know, I'm really co-ordinated... But I think we won our game :) Oh and NSB's were doing cricket for sport or something. They were funny.

Then last period was science. Just did some random stuff. Like finish our thingo, and yeah. ...

day 221: a photography picture taken by you. (credit it!)

"From your response from question 8, you do not need to continue on", or something like that.
DEVOOOO. </3
Oh and I was so tempted to put the "Yes - sometimes" option for a question along the lines of "needs help to get out of bed". ahahahahahaha. It was funny at the time ok?!

Other than that, nothing much really happened today. English documentary test tomorrow :(

day 219 - My life is really bland.
Written at 10:08 PM on 08 August 2011

dear reader;

Today was very, boring. We got another digital media assignment (Yay -_-). Ms Grew needs to actually teach us Digital Media, and not just give us assignments. I bet she's too lazy to even prepare proper lessons for us. But then again, she marks all of the assignments... wait... Ms Cheney does! Well she marked one.. or two... or most... I don't know. Wtf.

Then Maths. We finally finished equations/factorising blah unit. Now we're doing angles. Deductive Geometry. -_- Just when I finally understood a topic, we have to "keep going on". -_-

Then sport. Rock-climbing. Yeah, I need to build up my muscle.........................
It was funny when the gym was open, and everyone went on random stuff. I went on the rowing machine... there was a fish game! It was pretty fun. But the black shark fish thingos kept eating me :(

Oh then after sport, I left school early and went and caught the public bus, because I'm cool. NSB's should stop running for buses.

I've spent the past six hours doing stuff to my Visual Arts Diary. It now weighs probably double as to what it started off with. Fml. But hey, excursion this Thursday, so no school! (:

Also- my blog is very lonely.. it'll be nice if you could leave a msg in the Shout!box after your visit! Haha >< Much appreciated. ♥

day 218 - Heartstrings is ... decent.
Written at 10:16 PM on 07 August 2011

dear reader;

I'm so sleepy. I woke up at 6 to get to work. And I did front counter for the whole time :) I feel like as though I've been promoted, since Laura had to do dining the whole time Hahahahahaha :L
Bagging hash browns is so much fun!
And the lunch value meals are actually so easy to put in. Why can't they just have those for the whole day :|
Oh and apparently, we're finally upgrading the counter system on Tuesday. Just when I started to get used to the current one. Damn.
Yeah.
Oh some Asian dude came in and asked if he could get like compensation from the McDonalds from some incident which kinda ruined his laptop. Yeah, not too sure about the deets, but he had a really strong Canto - English accent.

After work, I caught the train to Summer Hill for my art lesson. I painted a house. Exciting, right? Oh god it's hard. I think the whole thing's out of proportion. But I don't really care anymore. Because it's my umm... artistic license. Hahahahahhahah :|

Once I was at home, I caught up with Heartstrings. Which is actually a decent drama. I guess it's only decent because the epic ness of City Hunter hasn't really gone yet. Like, the actors aren't completely bad, and they seem to know what they're doing. But I guess it hasn't reached its full potential because of it's lack of actual real music. I mean, it's based on the lives of music students in college, so I guess more music wouldn't ruin everything. But yeah. I think I should stop watching dramas and focus on school more though. :|

day 218 : a letter to someone you judged by first impression
To Siwon of Super Junior,
You have nice abs. Haha.

Oh God. Kate won from Masterchef. And I can't believe the whole episode basically spanned over three hours. So stupid having the Renovators in between. And it was just weird seeing George and Gary with tools in their hands...
And Yay for Josh and Jenna winning Kitchen week on The Block :)
Yeah... I've watched too much TV in the last couple of hours............

day 217 - Kung Fu panda (:
Written at 8:48 PM on 06 August 2011

dear reader;

Today's netball was pretty good :)
We versed Loreto 1, who were only a few points higher than us in the ladder.
Ok it's hard explaining so:
Not sure if that's legible... but meh. We need to win against Monte next week!!!

Today I went with my parents to Chatswood, and finally watched Kung Fu panda 2!!
And it was only $10 for the three of us to buy tickets & 2 boysenberry choc tops. :D
... Because I had this child voucher, and a free ticket on my card, so we only paid for one ticket. Also, I had enough points on my card to get a couple of choc tops! Yayy :D

Kung Fu Panda was adorable! It has inspired me to become more stealthy. Favourite moment was when they all hid in that dragon costume, and ate all the wolves... then poop them out. :L I know, I'm very mature.

Then for dinner, I had pepper lunch/steak. I had the rib-eye steak. It was so nice and squishy. Lol.

day 217: a letter to someone who you used to be close to

day 216 - Finally Friday.
Written at 11:27 PM on 05 August 2011

dear reader;

Today was the last day of week.... 3? And now I'm bored, with a pile of homework waiting to be done.

So I had DM with Ms. Cheney today, which meant bludge period! ^^ We looked at some post secret thingos. Some of them were weird, some were gross, some were funny and some I just didn't understand.
I thought the elephant was pretty cute.

Then it was Maths with Dr. Melville. Nothing really weird happened that lesson. I think. Oh well, I don't remember otherwise. Oh the bells were really odd today, did anyone else notice that?

Period three was delayed for a few minutes because of a special morning tea which the teachers had. Mr. Henshaw made an announcement over the loud speaker, saying "Go to class". His voice is so deep. Or maybe it's because I've just spent too much time in a girl's school to compare low voices... anyway...
Third period was delayed, which meant I only had an hour of VA today, which was disappointing, since we were continuing on with our watercolour works. More like practice works though... oh well!
Here's what I did today:
Whoopee for out of proportional cups and jars. Yes, that thing on the left is a jar. Don't ask why it's so colourful...

Then at lunch it was the Da Vinci Decathlon trials. I think we did alright. But um Aussie slang... yeah, I don't think anyone could do them. Unless they were a true Bogan. :\
But it was still pretty fun I guess! (:

Last two periods were just bludgy. I spent half of science eating my lunch because I didn't eat it at lunch... And in PD we just watched the rest of Bend it Like Beckham. Did you know the actress (Parminder Nagra) is actually older than the coach actor in real life. That's weird, considering that she looks like a 12yr old in the movie..

day 216: list of some of your favorite tumblrs blogs/websites?
http://todayscreativeblog.net/

Yep, I've googled design/art related blogs, because I'm cool. Haha.

day 215 - I want a different job.
Written at 10:42 PM on 04 August 2011

dear reader;

Today was truly boring. I woke up, went to school, then to work. Now I'm back home. In front of my computer, being the true social that I am.

School was really boring. I don't even know why it's illegal to NOT go to school. I mean, you've gotten rid of the School Cert. (apparently), and you've lifted the leaving school age to 17!? Umm wtf Board of Studies?! At least make it a normal age, like 16, so no one gets confused about anything too quickly... far out, half of the school population won't be 17 until the HSC anyway -_-

Anyway, today in DM, we had a substitute. Her name was Mrs. T-something. She's an ex NSG from like, the last century... since she graduated before the school even moved. Oh, and she's a grandmother who's addicted to Glee and watches High School musical with her grand kids. Dedication. So yes, no one did anything. I think. Because I didn't.

Then I had VA with Ms Cheney. We did some practical water colour painting! I painted my pencil case. It just looks like a blue rectangle now... hopefully it'll look better soon...

In third period was the AMC. I think I got 10 points. In total. Far out, it's ridiculous how they have a million points in total for a test that only has 30 questions. In the end, I was just staring at the last few questions and singing Lady Gaga songs in my head, because I'm a genius like that.

After lunch was English with Ms Meldrum. We watched some documentary on square dancing. It was really funky.

Last period was science. It was boring. The end.

Then after school, I worked. Everyone left me! So I was all alone on the bus! :(
I did register for an hour. Then Shanny came, so I was doing dining -_-
I talked to this hobo lady. She was quite nice. Even though I didn't understand her. Oh and a hobo man sort of pedoed on one of the crew members. He smelt bad. Oh and I got my star for my name badge! YAY!! :D

day 215: what are you craving right now?
Chocolate-coated strawberries. Mmmm....

Oh and I got my school fees in the mail. Digital media is now $10 cheaper. Lolz.

until next time;

day 214 - maccas
Written at 11:02 PM on 03 August 2011

dear reader;

Today I went to work. For the first time in a month. It was so tiring! I did fries, dining and register! Oh and I met some new people. Haha. Oh, and I got my name badge! ^^ There are spaces to put stars in. :L

This is my dreamist diary analysis thing that was due last week.
In July, I realised that my dreams were thoughts that would probably never come to life. I also realised that methods of representing ideas and expressing my dreams.

9 July
In this dream, I faced the harsh realities of a fashion designer's dilemma of choosing the perfect shoes for the runway. There was a disagreement between a few of the crew, which resulted in quicke hasty decisions to be made.

10 July

9 July
Soccer. With only 7 seconds remaining, the striker was to make his penalty goal with the win of the game on his line. Although only 7 seconds of the game remained, time seemed to stand still as he was preparing himself for the goal.

10 July
I had received a package in the mail from a friend, Alex, whom the last time I met was on the train. We exchanged letters and wore matching bracelets.

11 July
It was a hot summer's day, or so I thought. I was on holiday on a coastal site, when suddenly everything turned dark and gloomy. The perfect weather which I had dreamed oly moments ago, were shattered by the effects of Globl warming - a huge tsunami hit where I was staying.

12 July
Road trip with the parents. Time ddn't seem to move at all, and the weather didn't help at all. The roadtrip journey jsut never seemed to end...

13 July
Walking in a park was never the same. Walking with a close friend of mine in a scene over ten years ago, we strolled together along a path with trees on either side of us for what seemed like forever. As we walked, we aged from our past selves, to our present selves and finally to our future selves. Thus, growth.

14 July
Lady gaga in Sydney. I was in the audience, and her magnificence seemd to be exemplified and exaggerated more than ever in this show. Her backup dancers were like toy soldiers, all in sync and following orders given.

16 July
I dreamed of a toy aeroplane whisking away all my childhood toys. My toys had no where to run or hide, and no defense strategies to protect themselves against this monster sized, toy aeroplane. It flew out of the window, and I awoke.

17 July
Mother Nature trule tooker her revenge on all of humanity on this day. She sucked in everything into her black-hole mouth, and only expelled what she thought to be evil food, only worthy of the disgraceful humans on Earth.

18 July
Taking a journey, however, the only leader was mute, thus not able to communicate with the other creatures effectively. All of the confusion, led to wrong paths being taken in a simple journey (confusion, represented by the string/ribbon)

19 July
Once again, representing a journey of growth. The main question which was raised in this dream was "What is the food?". We absorb food, information etc that is given to us naturally, but who is truly what they are?

20 July
I dreamt of death. A death of myself, and one of a stranger, not realising that she was my other sister who had been left alone in the streets. I left her alone, thinking that she had no connections to me, but knowing that she was ill. I awoke (in my dream) with a sharp stab through my chest. I saw the girl who i ignored earlier with a bloddy knife as I took my final breaths, only to see her fade into a misty fog. In clear black letters, I read "The loved one, shouldn't go far".

day 214: what are your feelings on gay marriage?
LOVE IS LOVE. Haha. I think there's been too much of Romeo & Juliet around...

until next time;
