dear reader;


hey happy new year's eve guys! 
even if there's only around an hour left...
haha; so this is my last post for this year! ;D


oh.
AND I'VE DECIDED.
THAT.
IM GONNA USE THIS BLOG FOR PROJECT 365!!!!!
so don't go on the site that i gave...yesterday please! 
just keep your dedication to this one ;)
(mainly because i can't remember how i changed the template on the other blog... like massive ew to the one that's being used now!)


i would tell you about my day; except nothing happens in my sad, social-less life :|
...i was so bored that i made chocolate coated strawberries -_-


man the tasted good!!
choc + strawberries = my type of heaven ! ;)


and my mum wanted to make like... a sweet spring roll type thing? o.o
like.... the filling is cream + mango

it taste alright i guess :)


recipe is as follows: 



Ingredients: 
Pancake:

Filling:

Method: 
Pancake:
  1. Sift together plain flour, gluten rice flour, custard powder in a big bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add to flour mixture, stirring until smooth. Blend in melted butter.Tips: Leave the batter for about ½ hour rest and sift the batter again before cooking, so the wrap will be more smooth and soft.
  2. pour about 1/8 cup of batter and spread evenly to make a small circle Cook on a hot non-stick griddle/pan. Cook until a little dry around the edges turn and dry the other side. Tips: Once the pan is hot turn it to “low heat”, no need to use oil.

Filling:
  1. Whip the cream with sugar until peaks form.
  2. Peel and chop mango into small pieces (but I personally prefer a big piece of mango in each pancake)
  3. Spoon a little filling on each pancake and fold it.Tips: Don’t start to wrap the filling until the pancake is completely cool down otherwise the cream will melt.

blue mtns

dear reader;


so on monday my fmily and i went to the blue mountains :)
and what great whether it was! T_T

 AISH.
it was COLD, WINDY...and RAINING. T_____T
not to mention foggy 0_0


so our first stop was edge cinema


and i THINK i went there for a toilet/pitt stop for a year 5 camp! :O
...
so what we wanted to watch at the edge was the movie....
the movie- called "THE EDGE". i think >_>
apparantly it's about the history of blue mountains or something. <-according to my aunt + uncle from china, who watched it around a month ago. APPARNTLY it's like...4D? or something.... >_________> i cbbs explaining :L


BUT WE COULDNT WATCH IT!
YOU KNOW WHY?
BECAUSE.,..................................................... the projector crashed >_>
so we stayed there like a bunch of asian tourists 8D loners.
my mum + dad wandered around like noobs, whilst my sis and i just sat.

after our visit to the cinema, we drove to the three sisters.

we then decided to have lunch. because we were hungry o_o
we had lunch at the three sister's cafe.<- original name, right?



NAICE SKIN, SIS


we had WEDGES, FISH N CHIPS...and penne bolognese. IT WAS A RIP OFF MAN >:( (yes, asian-ness kicks in)
and we all had a hot drink because we felt like it :)

after that we drove back to SYDNEY :L

actually we drove to blacktown :LL
and bought random stuff...
like red pillowcases O_O
and a CAKE MAKING PLAYDOUGH STATION O_O

it was scary. and confusing!ish.
IT WAS SO CROWDED! GAH. LIKE SERIOUSLY GUYS, IT"S JUST THE BOXING DAY SALE! >_>
no need to be all bogan/asian >_>
after our holiday-trip to blacktown; hey you know it was my first time there!?!? O_O; we drove to PARRAMATTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA for dinner.

we wanted to go to TEMASEK >- i have no idea how to spell it....
but it was closed T_T until like january >_>
so we had to have dinner at a very asian place.... called....
wait for it.......

PRINCE RESTAURANT.
...yeah..........
OMG. you see the girl in the background? the one with like the aqua coloured top? yeah.... well her SKIRT WAS SO SHORT MAN!!!!!
it didn't even cover her BUTT!!!!!!
but she had funky white shoes O_O!
and an ipod.
EXCEPT SHE WAS LIKE FIVE?!!?!??! :O
..she still got fed by her mum, lol XP

anyway, we had PEKING DUCK at PRINCE RESTAURANT....and scallops and abalone. asian food to the max. 
and i finally learnt how to hold chopsticks the proper way!!! :D sorta .__.

so yeahhhhh....
that was my day trip to the blue mts + blacktown + parra ! ^^



oh and here's my mum, sleeping in the car :L
i have no idea when this was taken, but it's still kinda funny :D

it's christmas eve!!
even if there is only around half an hour to go...
so what did i do today?
CHRISTMAS SHOPPING. sorta.


and yum CHAAAAAA at fook yuen, in chatswood :). where we had:


HA GAO.<- yeah, my epic chinese ;)

AND EGG TARTS.


and i got my dad a BINDER. from DAVID JONES.
which was from kikki-k...........is that how it's spelt? o.o
<- oh close enough.
anyway.
it's a very useful binder. for him.
cause it's like a bills binder, with dividers.
SO HE SHOULD BE ORGANISED AND SHIZ NOW.

i got my sis her PRESENT.

ahaha.
so basically
i've finished sungkyunkwan scandal 
...it only took me less than a week! :O


yeah...i don't have a life T_T
but it's a pretty good drama !
there're alot of like WTF expressions.
E.G: 
moon jae shin: 
when the geum da ji sam was found... during a very calm protest O_O

lee seon jun: 
after kim yoon hee tells him that she wrote uh...three copies of a um *book*

gu yong ha:
after realising that kim yoon shik (kim yoon hee; a girl who dresses up as a guy to 'save her family') is actually a girl. MAN THIS SCENE WAS PRICELESS. X)

cho sun:
umm i think this was in the same scene as the picture below... V_V

umm...this is ummm HA IN SO.<- sorry that name's funny :L
when his dad (the minister of war) tells his guards to kill cho sun (girl pictured above).

kim yoon hee (kim yoon shik)
'a period of time later'- she and lee sun joon are now professors at sunkyunkwan university.... they're like arguing over something....


and THIS GUY'S WINK:
GETS SO ANNOYING.
but it's still funny everytime he does it :L
but yeahh...


and another annoyign this in this drama is THIS CHICK:
JUST DEAL WITH THE FACT THAT HE HATES YOU OKKKKK?!??!?

but she reminds me of that fox person from my girlfriend is a gumiho..

if you have no idea who the people are/don't have any idea what i'm on about, i strongly recommend this drama ^^
you'll learn a bit of history..... learn chinese characters (yes.); get confused; LAUGH; CRY....... and WANT MORE. .....nahh not really ;)


AND I ACTUALLY HAVE A LIFE.

dear reader;
ahh first day of holidays :) 
i've waited for too long for htis day :P
Oh. but let me recount what happened on wednesday: presenation day ~
so i got to the town hall at 7:20 in the morning!
it's so pretty  !♥


...ok the picture above is from the internet, but only because i forgot to take photos on wednesday!
it's still pretty :) the organ especially. 
it takes up the whole back wall! 
after our quick rehearsal, we had around 20 minutes of FREE TIME. man, i love free time :D
so lydia (my desk partner :D) and i went to woolworths. which was luckily just across the street. like, literally. and i bout a bottle of water and rice crackers, because i forgot my water and felt like rice crackers. :L
i still haven't opened the packet of rice crackers yet actually though. i guess it was just one of those 'moments' where rice crackers seems like the BOMB. 


so in the actual presentation i was on stage the whole time! BECAUSE IM SPECIAL. :)
man it was boring T.T
haha last year, lydia and i were in the back of the 2nd violins, so we could watch movies on our ipods 8) but this year we were like.... right out near the audience. BECAUSE WE IMPROVED SO MUCH THAT STEVE LOVES US. we're just that pro now!!!


and when we got out of the town hall, a bunch of people were protesting
..against equal pay. 
something along the lines of feminism i think...
but i cbbs writing about feminism. since it's the 1st day of holidays..... ok 2nd, since its 12:07am now!


umm not much happened on wednesday....
apart from like a whole schol christmas party.
ok, so maybe it wasn't a party-party.
but there was music
christmas caroling/singing
and there was food
FREE FOOD. :D


and today (thursday) i umm........
BAKED COOKIES WITH A BUNCH OF THREE YEAR OLDS.
yeah, because i'm really THAT cool. >_>
i'll post some pictures up tomorrow...i mean later today of the little kiddies :)
because i moved all the photos from my laptop to a disk....to free up my disk space. i have around 20Gbs of extra space now :L


ohh i got sunghyun scandal on DISK today :) 
it was from that weird corner-shop newsagency outside lemon grove in chatswood :D my mum fully went: "YOU'RE A KOREAN NOW?!?!". .........mum; you havent met any of my friends then. >___>

annnnd i also started to play PIANO. for fun :L
i managed to get some piano music of Love Ya- by SS501 !!! :D
haha, you know i can play like ... the intro/first verse already! 
I THINK THAT'S PRETTY GOOD. considering i don't read bass clef.... and never really played piano before ;)
haha; my bass clef line of music....i have no idea what you would call it. >_> has like markings a third higher, cause that's what the notes would be in treble clef 8D
yes, it does actually help. slightly.
